Upon the Phoenix we Rise

Upon the Phoenix we Rise
and from the ashes beneath the flames
The fire inside constantly burns
with renewal it flies once again
Above the clouds and through the smoke
that tears our eyes, and nutures growth
and takes our very breath away
like the Phoenix we'll arise
take my message to the sky
to hear my words, feel my joy
Look towards the Southern skies
When you see me, raise your voice,

"Upon the Phoenix we Rise!"

Shout it to the heavens,
Like the Phoenix arisen
from the ashes, 'neath the flames...

Soar With The Phoenix, Once Arisen

I have been studying self healing for over a year, and most recently focusing on sound frequency healing, and also using "blessed" water to help in the healing of my body.

I have been practicing for the last year. I purchase gallon bottle of Spring Water, and place two small Surround Sound speakers, very similar to the speakers I use on my Meditation/Healing Chair. I run through a series of frequencies, which permeates throughout the bottle.

I do this for about 7 minutes.

I chose 7 because it seems to be how long I am actually able to stay in a deep meditative state, in order to create "thoughts with intention". After 7 minutes I start to write the words that come into my head... Love, Thank You, Forgiveness, Freedom, Abundance, Health etc...it's really relative to the individual.

This is completely based on the core message of Dr. Masaru Emoto's study on Water Crystals. It's in the movie, What the Bleep...a few books...check out my sidebar.

The Sound Frequency Therapy is based on work completed by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. You can find more about him as well...check out the sidebar.

I often purchase a few gallons of water, and spend an afternoon blessing it. I usually send some home with a visitor or neighbor here and there. It's worth it for just the expression they give.....It's pure natural raw love in their expression.

It's awesome. Try it.

I am not a healer or a teacher, I am a spiritual being living a human experience as an agent of healing or teaching. My job is to remind people of what they already know, and give them permission to do what they really want to do.

Upon the Phoenix we rise, the mighty Phoenix, never to die, will always fly. As I walk above the clouds, across the horizon, where the gold meets the blue.

The ancient Egyptians told the tale of the mighty Phoenix, a mythical bird who sets himself ablaze every five hundred years so that he can rise from the ashes renewed, with new life, and new vision. A myth? Perhaps, but when the first explorers from Europe landed upon the shores of the America's, they discovered that the Maya, the Aztec, the Inca, and the many tribes of Northern Mexico and the Desert Southwest also spoke of a mighty bird arisen from the flames to fly again.

Could it be, perhaps the Phoenix is fact?

We ALL are like the Phoenix.

Our conciousness has been set afire. You will be renewed, resurrected, and ready to soar higher than ever before. That too, is something that only the future can know, but I choose to believe that the fire overhead cannot stop us from rising from the ashes, and fulfilling our destiny to soar!

In the distance you can hear my cry, not a cry of sorrow, but I cry of joy and of victory, as I celebrate rising up from my ashes set by those who would destroy me, I Phoenix Aquua, bird of glory, bearer of life; with Destiny's call, you too shall be great, greater than the greatest, and in the greatness you could ever know, so soar with the Phoenix, once arisen.
