Once I realized that my mind was constantly creating every experience in my life, I began to understand that I can recreate my life anyway I choose to. Why not have experience Abundance.
On the other hand, you also see that all the negative experiences in your life were created by your mind as well. Some consciously. Most of it, subconsciously.
I remember the impossible task and uncertainty of tapping into that 98% of my subconscious mind where all those seeds of negative thinking lie.
Ridding myself of all those thoughts and feelings of Fear, Guilt, Anger, Sadness, "I can't", "It's impossible", "What's the use?", "I'm not good enough", "I don't believe in that"....etc.....is most likely the most important use of my time and energy.
(Even the thoughts that the "task is impossible" is nothing more than subconscious programming that is stopping you from your natural birthright.)
Once I eliminated all those thoughts and feelings, life becomes effortless, joyful, meaningful, and unimaginably abundant and peaceful. The impossible becomes possible. Even more than possible, it becomes the "norm". Shift Happens..... and life becomes blessed, enriched, and you begine to nurture everything you do and everyone you meet. All the doubts, worries, fears, and problems evaporate like morning dew. And your life becomes an inspiration to all.
It was difficult in the beginning to rid myself of those silly subconscious thoughts preventing me from believing this could be real. Once I chose to accept the fundamental law, I took control of my Life and Mind once and for all. I stopped beating myself up and began believing in my infinite energy. I no longer deny myself.
Life is such a beautiful thing and I will not let it pass me by. I let go of those silly negative thoughts that ran my life...and stopped allowing others belief system get in the way of my infinite happiness.
I've had the realization that when I "know" something, often my knowing becomes set in stone, and the result is a rigidity and inflexibility that is at odds with the whole concept of deliberate creation.
The other day, I came across a quote from Deepak Chopra, in The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, which really summed up what I've been discovering about uncertainty:
These days, when I'm faced with a fork in the road, and I'm unsure which way to go, I let myself settle into uncertainy. I don't have to figure anything out, here and now....and in that moment....and in that stance, I find myself in the flow of allowing....and therefore I am flooded with abundance.
If you can live and breathe your desire, as if it's already there, you'll begin the process of shifting your beliefs. The more you do this, the easier it will feel, and the more real it will seem. This has been the most powerful practice for me - getting to know who is the Me that I want to be. And then, making the choice to BE the me I want to be. It all comes down to choosing. We always have a choice. And whether we know it or not, we're always making choices and decisions....we are constantly judging. Getting in tune with who you really are is really just a matter of deciding to make these choices consciously and let the Universe do the heavy lifting work of manifesting your desires.
The key to this practice is a commitment to Being who you want to be for you. Not for the manifestations. They're just a byproduct. You're doing this for you.

Uncertainty … is the fertile ground of pure creativity and freedom. Uncertainty means stepping into the unknown in every moment of our existence. The unknown is the field of all possibilities, ever fresh, ever new, always open to the creation of new manifestations. Without uncertainty and the unknown, life is just the stale repetition of outworn memories. You become the victim of the past, and your tormentor today is your self left over from yesterday.
The key to this practice is a commitment to Being who you want to be for you. Not for the manifestations. They're just a byproduct. You're doing this for you.
"Appreciation and self-love are the most important aspects you could ever nurture." - Abraham-HicksThis quote is perfect for where I am in my life these days. And I've been finding, too, that appreciation and self-love is, at a deeper level, very much the same thing. As you flow with self-love, you really open yourself up to that feeling of Oneness, and I find that the practice of appreciation is much the same thing - the more I appreciate everything around me, the more I appreciate ME, and the more in tune and at one with everything I feel.
"You cannot will yourself to be happy while believing that you have no right to happiness, or that you are unworthy of it" - Seth/Jane RobertsFor as long as you believe you cannot have what you want, you will find yourself struggling to get what you want. One thing Abraham-Hicks frequently talks about is how action is not what's needed, if you're wanting to manifest the things that you want: Once you start deliberately offering thought, then you can never offer enough action to keep up with the thought. Once you access the Energy that creates worlds, and a huge vortex comes into place, and abundance follows.
