Alright people get ready for this. As you know, I am not an advocate for spreading FEAR. I am an advocate for TRUTH. This story has me on the fence. I have researched for the last month, and have found the information to be truthful, and in saying that, I also find the situation "horrific". If indeed this is going on, and we are not being allowed to have this information passed on through our media, only compounds the belief that something very dark is going on here. I have a reader/friend/follower, which you relate to....I call them "knowledge seekers"....but whatever the case, I have a particular reader who has been urging me to do a write up on this topic. KTLA 5 News August - November 28th, 2009, they wanted us to believe that Bar-Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the Westwood standoff) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.
Professor Moshe had called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxters Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.
Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii.
Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshes car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.
Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.
Does this sound like an insane conspiracy theory? Sure it does. Due to the scarcity and anonimity of the sources we would dismiss it as exactly that, if it werent for some uncomfortable facts: Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations. This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.
Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days.
The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxters part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a mistake. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can't be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a vaccine.
Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people dozens died as a result.
Wheres the meat? Well Baxter is now being sued for the deliberate, repeated contamination of vaccines with biological weapons designed by them to mass-murder people.
As if the hysteria of H1N1 influenza were not enough to alter the mood of the population, now there is another disease, more dangerous than the flu around Europe and apparently some U.S. states as well. This new threat to public health has the particularity to calcinate the lungs of those affected.
In Ukraine 1.5 million people have been infected, and thousands more are diagnosed every day. So far, preliminary numbers show that at least 300 people have died from the disease, most of them had no medical complications prior to getting the violent illness. The rapid expansion of this unknown disease may be due in part to the high density of the population in Ukraine and the fact that there is a high migration rate.
The possible causes of this new disease are discussed; one of them being the fact that many of its characteristics are similar to the 1918 Spanish Flu, which killed millions. Other scientists believe it can be a new version of pneumonic fever, due to the short time it takes to cause death.
Hundreds of residents in Kiev, complained that their neighborhoods and surrounding cities were repeatedly sprayed by planes which left dozens of chemical trails in the sky. The new disease appeared in Ukraine a few days after these cities were sprayed. Local newspapers reported that several planes flew aboveKiev, confirming what was said by the residents.
Although for now there has not been made a connection between the disease and any pharmaceutical company in the case of influenza A, some researchers believe that the way in which the disease appeared closely resembles the way in which influenza A was discovered. Wayne Madsen, an investigative journalist who has covered the emergence and development of influenza A, said that hospital officials found traces of the 1918 Spanish flu in the DNA of one of the victims of this new disease, which makes it practically impossible this occurred randomly in the environment, but rather, it could have been created in the laboratory.

Journalists from Denmark have reported links between the World Health Organisation and pharmaceutical companies where firms have been covertly paying top WHO scientists. In the meantime, pharma profits from flu drugs have soared.
The journalists from the newspaper Information claim the public and political hysteria to swine flu is a result of an efficient public relations campaign, spearheaded by the WHO experts that have been prejudiced by pharma’s ready cash.
The lead target in the allegations is Dutch doctor Albert Ostenhaus, who has promoted the need for vaccinations through the WHO and the media and headed a panel that advised the WHO to announce that swine flu had reached pandemic level. Reports claim Ostenhaus is paid by several vaccine manufacturers and the Netherlands government is believed to be investigating his activities.
Other WHO advisors are understood to also advise big pharma and have been allegedly concealing their pharma-funded salaries.
Meanwhile, further questions have been raised about the WHO’s independence over the H1N1 flu virus after various documents found medicines and vaccinations were mentioned more than 40 times while traditional hand washing and the use of masks to combat the disease were only mentioned twice.

Most of those interviewed by Russia TV agree that the government should stop scaring people.

They put on a drip, and do not know what happened afterwards,'' said Petrikovic. Health agencies have warned that new waves of disease will come, and it's not a good idea to let the guard down just because the explosion of sick patients has dropped in recent weeks.

According to media reports, last January, health agencies of the United States visited several police departments around the country and warned that in the winter of 2009 there would be a flu pandemic. How did they know? That's a mystery until now. One fact has been confirmed, and it is that several pharmaceutical companies such as Baxter Pharmaceuticals conducted experiments with people in Eastern Europe, including Ukraine. The results of these experiments was the death of almost all those in whom they experimented. The doctors who carried out the experiments were arrested, but the drug company was not charged with any crime.
After the experiments were confirmed, several doctors like Leonard Horowitz warned last June about a possible flu pandemic that would originate in eastern Europe. In Poland, a hundred people were used in experiments, and at least 20 of them died from what they were injected. Also in January and February of this year, doctors in the Czech Republic warned that an attempt to cause an influenza pandemic would occur in the winter.
According to Dr. Bill Deagle, two planes operated by the United States but of Russian production, were seen flying over cities in Nigeria and Pakistan. The planes described as AN-124 and of military use, were forced to land in Mumbai, India, by the Pakistani Air Force.
When they were inspected, the police found equipment capable of spraying 100 thousand pounds of chemicals. Although no traces of any chemicals were found, the detention of the crews suggests these aircraft intended to carry out spraying operations.
Another fact that has sounded the alarm of the population is the fact that several doctors who wanted to warn about the possibility that Baxter and other companies worked to create a biological plague, have been attacked by police and special forces in their own homes, to prevent that further details get out to the public. The last case was Dr. Joseph Moshe, who warned about the intention of Baxter Pharmaceuticals to create a biological weapon. Two people have died from the highly contagious disease, an even more powerful brother of The Black Death – the bubonic plague believed to have wiped out a quarter of the population of Europe in the 14th Century.

A dozen people in the stricken town of Ziketan have so far been infected. The disease spreads fast and is passed from person to person by coughing. Authorities in northwest China have sealed off the remote town of 10,000 people and begun a treatment and quarantine programme.
Residents are terrified, shops have been shuttered, homes disinfected, face masks distributed, there has been panic buying and streets are deserted, witnesses reported.
The World Health Organisation said it was in close contact with Chinese health authorities and that measures taken so far were appropriate.

In Lake in the Hills, Illinois, police will conduct a drill to combat a fictitious pneumonic plague on Saturday. “The Lake in the Hills Police Department is carrying out the test as part of a grant from the McHenry County Department of Health for its emergency health plan. In case of a biological terrorist attack or widespread disease outbreak, the site would be able get medicine to the community, Lake in the Hills Chief of Patrol Services David Brey said,” reports the Northwest Herald. Brey said officials picked pneumonic plague for the scenario “so it would have nothing to do with the swine flu.”

On November 5, it was reported by the alternative media that a town in China was locked down after 2 people died from an outbreak of pneumonic plague. In August, the Associated Press reported on a deadly outbreak of pneumonic plague in a remote farming town in northwestern China.
It should be emphasized that at this time there is no conclusive evidence that Ukraine is suffering from an outbreak of pneumonic plague. Experts note that if the country was indeed suffering from the illness the death rate would be much higher.
However, it is odd that a preparedness drill in the United States would use the pneumonic plague as its fictional predicate. It is not explained why officials in Lake in the Hills have chosen to avoid basing their drill on the H1N1 virus.
Lake in the Hills has ranked high in Illinois cities taking federal money for “homeland security” initiatives, according to a survey conducted by the Daily Herald.
