Death and Rebirth is one of the most crucial parts of life, without one the other simply cannot exist!
Each night, when I go to sleep, I die. And the next morning, when I wake up, I am reborn.
Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself to become a new person.
The phoenix must burn to emerge.
I give you this to take with you:
Nothing remains as it was.
If you know this, you can begin again, with pure joy in the uprooting.
When love awakens in your life, in the night of your heart, it is like the dawn breaking within you.
Where before there was anonymity, now there is intimacy; where before there was fear, now there is courage; where before in your life there was awkwardness.
Now there is a rhythm of grace and gracefulness; where before you used to be jagged, now you are elegant and in rhythm with your self.
When love awakens in your life, it is like a rebirth, a new beginning.
I am always reborn....I think that's what love is:
tasting your rebirth over and over and over every single day like the sun when it explodes with fire from the sea.
Where the gold meets the blue, my sun sets to rise again.
Let me tell you what life will do to you:
it will punch you in the face, without warning, without reason, and take you down to the ground, where you cry tears with blood. It's going to be tough with a good deal of pain, the kind you can't bandage, or fall asleep with on a load of pills, nor kiss away on cherry lips.
Let me tell you what life will do to you:
it will take you down to the depths of Hell, and throw away the key because nothing will prepare you for the sweet tale of misery....and when all your bones are broken, skin ripped apart, and bleeding with wounds that do no healing; you will rise from the ashes of your past to breathe victory.
You have to remember one love, one life, one death.
To enter fully the day, the hour, the moment whether it appears as life or death, whether we catch it on the inbreath or outbreath, requires only a moment, this moment.
And along with it all the mindfulness we can muster, and each stage of our ongoing birth, and the confident joy of our inherent luminosity.
Until we find out who was born this time around, it seems irrelevant to seek earlier identities.
I have heard many people speak of who they believe they were in previous incarnations, but they seem to have very little idea of who they are in this one.
Let’s take one life at a time.
Perhaps the best way to do that is to live as though there were no afterlife or reincarnation.
To live as though this moment was all that was allotted.
Happy Rebirth Phoenix Aquua!
