Question: Why do we hate?
Answer: Because we are ignorant.
We are taught to hate by ignorant people, who were taught an ignorant thing; that there are 4 or 5 different races. This is NOT true.
There is only one race on this planet, and we are all members of that race.
The human race.
We have seperated us so that some people can see themselves as superior to the others.
We need to get over this; there is no gene for bigotry.
I hear people say that racism is inbred, no it is not. Racism is not part of the human condition. Racism is a learned response. You aren't born a bigot, you are taught by your parents to be a bigot/racist.
We are born into a racist society.
Like anything else if you can learn it, you can unlearn it. People like this choose not to unlearn it because they are afraid they will lose power if they share it with other people.
They are afraid of sharing power, that’s what it’s all about.
What we’re dealing here with is mental illness.
Racism is mental illness.
Racism was defined by the President’s Joint Council On Mental Health In Children in 1959 as being the number one mental health problem among children in the United States.
They didn’t say ‘among black children,’ they said ‘among children.’
The purpose with this post, is to lead people out if ignorance by thinking that you are better than someone else because of an amount of chemical in the pigment of your skin.
Pigmentation of your skin does not determine your intelligence or your worth as a human being.
If you judge other people by the color of their skin, by the amount of a chemical in their skin, you have a mental problem.
You are not dealing well with reality.
