I have Cancer

I'm scared, I'm pissed, I'm fifty-two, and I'm fighting for my life.

It's an ugly story.

Waiting, and wondering why I'm sitting on my bed on Saturday morning, delaying the inevitable.

"I have cancer"

I blurt it out loud so I can hear myself say it...a slight pause...then a mournful wail and sob and heaving of breath and sound and emotion I have never heard emanate from deep inside of me.

Positively frightening. I'm now shaking, taking this in, realizing that maybe I've touched a dormant nerve that reached right back to that day when Brandy died.

Like most 53 year olds, I was living life to the full. Setting goals for my future, planning cruise trips and focusing on my health.

I was enjoying every moment, happily going from strength to strength. However my life took an unexpected turn. One from which I learned a valuable life lesson.

In May 2015 I discovered a lump. After being told by my doctor that it was likely Lymphoma....Little did I know that would change my life forever.

When I was told that I had cancer my entire world came crashing down.

How could this happen to me?

Why?

What had I done to deserve this?

Before, I felt like I had my whole life ahead of me. Now suddenly it felt like I had nothing. As I waited for the test results which would determine how bad the cancer was, I made a decision: if it had spread to other parts of my body, that was it. I would not have any treatment and instead spend the rest of my time with my partner, and if it progressed into a prognosis of less than 6 months, I would travel to Oregon for assisted death.

I’m not sure exactly when I will get better.

It’s frustrating when I see my times getting worse. Especially since I worked so hard to achieve so much before I fell ill.

I’m living in the moment. And even though my illness and this whole experience is outwith my control, I still feel totally in control of my life.

I’m still doing all the things I love to do.

This is the message I want to communicate.

To inspire others who are going through the same as me. Your illness does not define you. And it certainly isn’t “your future”. You are still in control of what you do now. So carry on doing the things you want to.

Stay positive and let’s win this fight...

If you’re lucky enough not to suffer from such a bad illness, this goes for you too. Of course it’s tough. You’ll have days when you don’t want to do it. When you don’t have the energy to get off the couch. That’s ok. But please do not forget how lucky you are to even just have the choice. I would give anything to be in your shoes, so don’t take your health for granted.

Don’t waste another second of your precious life.

The only thing which defines you is your actions. From this day on treat every day as an opportunity to make a memory. Value each minute, because once it’s passed, you will never get it back. Remember that even during your darkest moments you are one of the lucky ones. Lucky enough to possess the power over your life, future and fate.

Success, happiness and empowerment will never be given to you. It’s something you must take for yourself.

Maybe I'll Pray

I'm young and I'm foolish, I've made bad decisions
I block out the news, turn my back on religion
Don't have no degree, I'm somewhat naïve
I've made it this far on my own
But lately, that shit ain't been gettin' me higher
I lift up my head and the world is on fire
There's dread in my heart and fear in my bones
And I just don't know what to say
Maybe I'll pray
I have never believed in You, no
But I'm gonna pray
You won't find me in church nope...
reading the Bible nope...
I am still here and I'm still your disciple
I'm down on my knees, I'm beggin' you, please
I'm broken, alone, and afraid
I'm not a saint, I'm more of a sinner
I don't wanna lose, but I fear for the winners
When I tried to explain, the words ran away
That's why I am stood here today
And I'm gonna pray,
Pray for a glimmer of hope
I've never believed in you, no, but I'm gonna...
Won't You call me?
Can we have a one-on-one, please?
Let's talk about freedom
Everyone prays in the end

Stand For What?

Stand For what?!

You want me to stand for a song that continues to remind me of all the harms that have done me wrong?

Stand for what?!

For your Army that none of our sons truly belong

Stand for what?

The 100 years it took them to convince Congress to become the anthem after 40 failed attempts.

Stand for what?

Your forefathers who really just Pimps.

Stand for What?

A song about War, not freedom

That's how you want to lead them, brainwash your people?
that's how you want to treat them?

Slavemasters whips to Cops night sticks, that's how you continue to beat them.

Stand for what?!

The beginning of Slavery in 1619 or the end of those Black Marines of 1814

That's really what the lyrics are about...they may have taken the word slave out, but they forget to remove the slave connotations from their brains and their mouths.

The mentality to make America Greater than your imagination is how you pout...

Hating because we burned down their White House

Gave proof through the night, that its light out for the old elitist white man thinking...

Drunk off their ass with power at baseball games singing and drinking...

...Stand for what?

Stand for something or fall for dumb shit!

Stand for what?!

To salute the Red White and Blue, on a Flag where my Colors are not reflected?

Stand for what?!

To uphold laws that were embedded to have my community negatively affected...

...Stand for what?

Your racist systemic melodies of mind manipulating rhetoric?

Did you know the government pays Sports organizations for plays, to make people more patriotic?

This MK Ultra Soul control needs to stop...

I can still love my country and hate that fucked up song about rockets, and bombs bursting air....reminds me of Charlottesville's vicious glares and police shootings with no care like the dash cameras wasn't there.

Stand for what?!

Monuments and statues of old slave masters.

Constant reminders of our nations disasters.

The Heros in Houston, the Doctors, the Poets and the Pastors.

That's who I want to shape our greatness after...

We've been taught to idolize wars without purpose.

The majority of our Militaries casualties are minority soldiers...so let's make statues for those warriors because they truly deserve it.

Mt Rushmore was built by the Ku Klux Klan, so why the fuck should I have respect for those men?

This is not my country and it's not yours either.

But the entire World is our neighborhood

So why do we perceive certain blocks to be bad and other blocks to be good?

Instead of glorifying the past we gotta focus on the future

Dick Gregory warned me if you speak up they probably gonna shoot ya!

But I shout for his eternal voice along with Martin, Malcolm and Marcus Garvey and march wholeheartedly for their legacy because I'll say it loud as you can see.

Fuck Francis Scott Key and Robert E. Lee, they don't represent me and neither do either of these hypocritical political parties.

I am a native to the cosmic and Universal God Energy.

Even though the constitution really doesn't apply to me I'll try to exercise my freedom of speech...

...so you can tell them you heard it from me.

Yeah I said it...

Brutality, Historic Fallacies and All war is wrong and so is that fucking song!

It's Been way too long!

It's time to make a change and acknowledge that your home of the brave was built on the back of a Slave.

Bowing down to a true King is the only way to let freedom ring.

Stand for what?![source]

Body Part

Running like a dog
Fighting like a bitch too much
And you just can't stand it, baby

Even when I fall
You don't seem to give two shits
'Cause you're just too cool, baby

We could have it all
Neither one of us would budge
'Cause we can't be wrong, baby

Folding up your arms, closing up your heart

I know, I know, I know you think it's me
'Cause I want it all
I know, I know, I know, I know you see
Do we gotta talk
No you know, you know, you know we must believe
Or fall apart

I feel like our ship's going down tonight

But it's always darkest before the light

And that's enough for me to try

Whatever you want
Whatever you need
Whatever you do

Even if I say that it's over now
Even if we want to move on somehow
And just like that we

come alive

Whatever you want
Whatever you need
Whatever you do

Trying to get a breath
Thinkin' 'bout the time you said that I was your heart, baby

Trynna understand how a grown man goes on without a body part, baby

I could walk away
I could always cash my chips and I'd be okay, baby

I would be okay, and you might be okay

I know, I know, I know you think it's me
'Cause you want it all
I know, I know, I know, I know you see
Do we gotta talk
No you know, you know, you know you must believe

You're enough for me

Whoever said that love was sweet
Drank a little too much whiskey, baby

Whoever said that life was easy
Never lived anywhere near me

I wouldn't change a thing
'Cause you're the one I wanna sink with

I feel like our ship's going down tonight

But it's always darkest before the light

And that's enough

The Foreboding Of America

I have a foreboding of an America in my children's or grandchildren's time -- when the United States is a service and information economy; when nearly all the manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers are in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness...The dumbing down of American is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media, the 30 second sound bites (now down to 10 seconds or less), lowest common denominator programming, credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance...One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back...

A Hymn For The Hymnless

Even the stars and the moon don't shine quite like we do
Dreamers searchin' for the truth
Go on, read about us in the news
Pretty reckless, pretty wild
Talking shit and we'll just smile
Don't you see these fuckin' crowns?
If you know what I mean, you on the team

This is a hymn for the hymnless, kids with no religion
Yeah, we keep on sinning, yeah, we keep on singing
Flying down the highway, backseat of the Hyundai
Pull it to the front, let it run, we don't valet
Sorry if you're starstruck, blame it on the stardust
I know that I'm perfect, even though I'm fucked up
Hymn for the hymnless, don't need no forgiveness
'Cause if there's a heaven, don't care if we get in
This is a hymn, hymn, hymn for how we live, live, live
This is a hymn, hymn, hymn for how we live, for how we live

After all we've been through, no, we won't stand and salute
So we just ride, we just cruise, livin' like there's nothing left to lose
If we die before we wake, who we are is no mistake
This is just the way we're made
You know what I mean, you on the team

Ooh ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh, ooh ooh ooh

This is a hymn for the hymnless, kids with no religion
Yeah, we keep on sinning, yeah, we keep on singing
Flying down the highway, yeah, we do it our way
High as outer space, we don't hear what the rest say
Sorry if you're starstruck, blame it on the stardust
I know that I'm perfect, even though I'm fucked up
Hymn for the hymnless, don't need no forgiveness
'Cause if there's a heaven, don't care if we get in
This is a hymn, hymn, hymn for how we live, live, live
This is a hymn, hymn, hymn for how we live, for how we live

aRise

They may
defeat you,
burn you,
insult you,
injure you,
and abandon you,
but they
will not
shall not
and cannot
destroy you,
for I,
like Rome,
were built on ashes,
and you,
like a phoenix,
I know how to resurrect.

I Found A Rainbow

I used to live in the darkness
Dress in black, act so heartless
But now I see that colors are everything
Got kaleidoscopes in my hairdo
Got back the stars in my eyes, too
Yeah, now I see the magic inside of me

Yeah, maybe my head's fucked up
But I'm falling right back in love with being alive
Dreaming in light, light, lights
This kitty cat lost his mind
Been looking for a star-sent sign that I'll be alright
Look to the skies

I've found a rainbow, rainbow, baby
Trust me, I know, life is scary
But just put those colors on, boy
Come and play along with me tonight

I'd forgot how to daydream
So consumed with the wrong things
But in the dark, I realized this life is short
And deep down, I'm still a child
Playful eyes, wide and wild
I can't lose hope, what's left of my heart's still made of gold

And I know that I'm still fucked up
But aren't we all, my love?
Darling, our scars make us who we are, are
So when the winds are howling strong
And you think you can't go on, hold tight, sweetheart

You'll find a rainbow, rainbow, baby
Trust me, I know life is scary
But just put those colors on, boy
Come and play along with me tonight
You gotta learn to let go, put the past behind you
Trust me, I know, the ghosts will try to find you
But just put those colors on, boy
Come and paint the world with me tonight
Night, night, night, night, night

I found a rainbow, rainbow, baby
Trust me, I know life is scary
But just put those colors on, boy
You gotta learn to let go, put the past behind you
Trust me, I know, the ghosts will try to find you
But just put those colors on, boy
Come and paint the world with me tonight
Oh, put those colors on, boy
Come and paint the world with me tonight

Come and paint the world with me tonight

Climate Modification and Weaponized Weather

1966 NASA Document Reveals Future Goal of Engineered “Climate Modification

Two Primary Documents Featured in this Story: “Present and Future Plans of Federal Agencies in Weather-Climate Modification” &; “The Evolution of a Weather Modification R&D program Into a Military Weapons System

This set of documents from 1966 reveals a network of government agencies in perpetual and secret collaboration and the military to Modify the Global climate. Created by the elitist National Academy of Sciences – decades of an inter-agency culture of secrecy explains why the issue of covert aerosol Geoengineering (chemtrails) is a taboo topic to be degraded to the status of “conspiracy theory” by a matrix of complicit bureaucrats at every opportunity.

This is why the FAA, NOAA, NASA and your local TV “meteorologist” refuse to employ scientific observation when asked to comment on an unusual sky filled with bizarre aircraft spraying.

"The gradually accumulating evidence of positive results from efforts at weather modification led the Committee on Atmospheric Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences, in November 1963, to appoint a Panel on Weather and Climate Modification “to undertake a deliberate and thoughtful review of the present status and activities in this field and of its potential and limitations for the future."

This Federation of American Scientists document is a 1986 Critique of the 1966 NASA initiative where the author (Leitenburg?) characterizes NASA’s Weather Mod Program as hijacked into a military weapons system.

This document is one of several found in: Studies of Military R & D and Weapons Development by Milton Leitenberg, Senior Research Scholar – Center for International and Security Studies, University of Maryland, College Park. Leitenburg is author of several books.

Free Me

I don't want to hold your face
I'm scared what I might see there
Found myself locked in this place

I'm a burning fire

Peace may come
I hope it won't take long
Just a fail I cannot see

Bring me home

I'm in here all alone
Just me and my melody

So free me

From this pain I've been running from
I'm tired and I'm free-falling

Free me

From this shame I've been running from
I'm lost and I am calling you

 I'm hurting way back down
I'm slipping even further
Take my hand and turn me around
I'm listening to myself

Peace may come
I hope it won't take long
Just a fail I cannot see

Bring me home

I'm in here all alone
Just me and my melody

So free me

I'm calling you
And though I can't undo
All the things I put you through
I can't take your hand
Admit that I don't have a plan
Only you

Free me

You Have Placed A Chill In My Heart

Take me to the desert
Where there's got to be
A whole heap of nothing
For you and me
Take me to the desert
Take me to the sand
Show me the colour of your right hand.

Love is a temple
Love is a shrine
Buy some love at the five and dime
A little bit of love
From the counter store
Get it on credit if you need some more.
I'll the figure of your disgrace
A criss cross pattern upon your face
A woman's just too tired to think
About the dirty old dishes in the kitchen sink.

I wish I was invisible
So I could climb through the telephone
When it hurts my ear
And it hurts my brain
And it makes me feel too much
Too much too much too much.
Don't cut me down
When I'm talking to you
'Cause I'm much too tall
To feel that small.

Love is a temple
Love is a shrine
Love is pure
And love is blind
Love is a religious sign
I'm gonna leave this love behind.
Love is hot and love is cold
I've been bought and I've been sold
Love is rock and love is roll
I just want someone to hold.

Masters Of War

Come you masters of war
You that build all the guns
You that build the death planes
You that build all the bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks.
You that never done nothin'
But build to destroy
You play with my world
Like it's your little toy
You put a gun in my hand
And you hide from my eyes
And you turn and run farther
When the fast bullets fly.
Like Judas of old
You lie and deceive
A world war can be won
You want me to believe
But I see through your eyes
And I see through your brain
Like I see through the water
That runs down my drain.
You fasten all the triggers
For the others to fire
Then you set back and watch
When the death count gets higher
You hide in your mansion'
As young people's blood
Flows out of their bodies
And is buried in the mud.
You've thrown the worst fear
That can ever be hurled
Fear to bring children
Into the world
For threatening my baby
Unborn and unnamed
You ain't worth the blood
That runs in your veins.
How much do I know
To talk out of turn
You might say that I'm young
You might say I'm unlearned
But there's one thing I know
Though I'm younger than you
That even Jesus would never
Forgive what you do.
Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good
Will it buy you forgiveness
Do you think that it could
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul.
And I hope that you die
And your death'll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand over your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead.

Ding Dong The Wickest Witch Is Dead

So the billionaire globalist scum David Rockefeller is dead.

A person who could have used his insane wealth to help man kind instead spent his years hoarding cash, working with other luciferian leaders poisoning off humanity and destroying our planet.

You can thank this man and his family for killing people like Nikola tesla , Wilhelm Reich, Stanley Meyer and many other inventors who invented devices with the capability to change the world, people who wanted to bring about free clean energy and other technological advances but we're murdered by the fossil fuel industry.

Truly a nasty piece of work I'm very surprised he lived as long as he did with out someone removing him earlier.

The world would not be in this state of affairs if these greedy old men had a heart and gave a shit about anything other than themselves , money, control, power,  genetics and soul harvesting.
This ritualistic behavior is right in your face now on the television and in music film clips. All connected by the pedophile, child sex and abduction networks that lead all the way to the top elite politicians and cooperation owners in Washington DC and the white house.

Imagine how much change you could make if you were worth TRILLIONS of dollars.

Insane wealth and yet 30 million people die each year of starvation, most of the world below the poverty line with out even clean water or a bed to sleep in.

We should be in the stars by now, in a multidimensional reality far beyond the level of technology we can even imagine today.
But greed , corruption, power, divide and conquer and the serving of an off world demonic entity has kept us physically and spiritually enslaved for so long.

There is no celebration for scum like this.

Thank you for being so evil that it has forced the hand of humanity to wake up and now break the corrupt system you created for yourself and a few other scared tired old men to enslave the 99%.

The old energy is on the run...the world is shifting and waking up in masses.

I'm glad to be part of the resistance that will tear apart this slave system and see the fall of Babylon.

The renaissance is coming....

The Firebird

On Saturday, January 28, 2017 we begin the year of the Fire Rooster.

Get ready for a ride!

Year of the Rooster

The Rooster is renowned for cocky behavior, strutting around the barnyard and dominating the pen. He is known for his loud cry at dawn, loudly stating ‘If I am awake, you should be as well.’

The Year of the Rooster is often dominated by social shift towards progress, honor and integrity. Of course what one person sees as progress, another sees as a step backwards. Honor for some is dishonor for others. Though Rooster years often encourage people to be less stubborn, in this Fire year there will be clashes of beliefs and values.

There is great divisiveness in the world, primarily based on opinions about what is right and what should be done. While you follow your heart when defining your own values, you will benefit from stepping above the conflicts and looking at them from a higher level. As you move upwards in your viewpoint, the defining elements of black and white become grey.

There will be lots of crowing this year, proclaiming opinions and values intended to be ‘the truth’. It is especially important to recognize that most ‘truth’ is subjective and based upon beliefs and objectives. There is always more than one side to every story, and most sides can be supported by logical points. This does not make it ‘truth’. This year pledge to remain aware of your own truth while being open to understand everyone else’s truth as well. Our progressive evolution depends on our ability to accept that other people may think differently than us and we can still co-exist. Harmony is achievable.

The Element of Fire

In addition to the high energy that awakens in a Rooster year, there is also the Fire element to consider.

Fire represents heat, the application of energy to raise temperature. It is a time when molecules are stimulated to move faster. In a Fire year, recognize that things may get hot and emotions will rise. Fire always stimulates change and sometimes that change can be uncomfortable.

When considering Chinese Horoscopes, It is important to remember that Chinese Philosophy always incorporates the concept of balance, of yin and yang. The feminine perspective of fire provides the Violet Flame, where we recognize fire as something we need to survive. Violet Flame invokes warmth and compassion, the feeling of comfort at home and the healing power of heat. While the year of Fire can be hot and challenging, it can also be a year of growth and increased light. In your personal aura YOU are the one who chooses how to use the energy.

What to Watch For

Combining the masculine elements of fire and rooster brings the potential of a year full of controversy, debate and finger-pointing. There are many challenges to overcome and many different opinions about the best way to do things. In a time when more people are mobilizing than ever before, people will stand up for their rights and boldly proclaim that their way is better. Unfortunately the simple existence of contrast means that there will always be two opposing sides in each discussion. Recognize that division serves to weaken rather than strengthen your position. The best way to overcome ‘Us and Them’ is to create a common ‘Us’. We are all in this together.

The Year of the Rooster provides prospects to elevate and raise our vibration.

In chaos there is opportunity.

Shifting the Year of the Fire Rooster

This will be an important year for humanity. You can have influence on the outcome. While it may seem that we must simply follow along helplessly with whatever happens, the reality is that your thoughts, words and actions have direct influence on the mass consciousness. Whatever you put out is amplified, encouraging those who have similar thoughts and potentially shifting those who think differently.

Change is implemented not through head on confrontation but instead through shifting of perspective. Virtually every story has a viewpoint, and if you shift the viewpoint the story changes.

Do you spread love or hate?

Do you resonate with confidence or with fear?

Do you stimulate growth in others or do you awaken resistance?

Whenever you manage to address situations from a higher perspective, a shift towards positive outcome is more likely. Of course you will not win every battle and that is the secret. Battle is for losers. There is always a way to elevate a situation towards benefit for all.

As you strut your stuff around the barnyard, recognize that while you may seem high and mighty to the chickens, to a fox you are simply a meal. Sometimes it is better to remain silent and go with the flow. Use your dashing energy wisely and pick the smart fights. It is not necessary to get involved in every debate or argument.

Pace yourself and retain your power for when it really matters. YOU have the power to directly influence your vibration in the moment. This year, take hold of your power first and foremost. Once you are in higher vibration, you have more balance and more influence.

Because of it’s early morning routine announcing the return of the sun, the Rooster is associated with resurrection. Many things that have been dormant will come to life this year.

While some may see the reawakening of certain concepts as negative, the year also provides for the acceleration of old projects. What have you been thinking about for years but have not really started? Now is the year to do it.

Resurrect YOUR old goals and make them come alive. The energy is there to support you once you get some momentum.

Bird On Fire

The symbol of a flaming bird is common in our mythology. Fire Rooster is very similar to the Phoenix rising from the ashes, the resurrection of hope and renewal of life. It is also the symbol of the Mockingjay, the badge of resistance that changed the world by recognizing the power of the masses over the power of the few. The Year of the Fire Rooster will be an exciting ride.

Stay grounded, open your heart to others, and connect to your higher self.

Cock-a- doodle do!

Who Rules The USA

Edward Snowden believed that the government fundamentally “had noble intents,” as did the American people.

However, admitting he was naive, Snowden discusses the upper echelons of government and how they are pervaded with corruption, giving him the understanding that led him to do what he did – whistleblow on mass surveillance programs.

Snowden insists that the importance of the citizen in having the right to know and understand the policies that govern us – namely, one in particular, surveillance – and that this right is vital to our democratic functioning.

It’s important to revisit this notion and ask the question ‘why?’

Why did Edward Snowden whistleblow on the government’s surveillance program?

Did he have an axe to grind? No.

He simply saw a fundamentally flawed system, vitally wrong governing, and asked why haven’t the citizens been told?

As Snowden points out in a talk he gives, the vast majority of Congress knew nothing about the programs maintained and instituted, nor was the Senate and House fully briefed on covert actions.

He points out the political unwillingness, post 9/11, to confront difficult questions about what was right and wrong, in this regard. Why didn’t the public have the opportunity to participate in debate about their security and wellbeing?

Why were top officials unaware of this?

Only a small handful of officials knew of these ongoing policies.
The creation of mass surveillance programs behind closed doors “illustrates” an “institutional momentum” that is “changing the boundaries of the rights that we enjoy as free people in a free society,” Snowden says.

Mass surveillance is a critical issue. It still continues to violate civil and political rights. Snowden, however, is arguably only a glitch on the top of the echelon’s radar.

He can only report on what he knew, not current behind the doors policy, which most government and legal bodies still know nothing about – or are only fed scraps.

The system of government has essentially degraded our society. Our democratic processes have eroded away, not allowing us to know about the issues, let alone policy that is still being engaged in.

Snowden doesn’t claim to have all the answers., but he is able to assist in the steps along the way, ensuring that his efforts aren’t in vain and that we don’t forget.

Snowden eloquently puts it “We have lost the freedom to associate with our judgement.”

And that in itself, is where the real danger rests.

A Magical Word: FUCK

One of the most interesting words in the English language today is the word `fuck'.

It is a magical word.

Just by its sound it can describe pain, pleasure, hate and love.

In language it falls into many grammatical categories. It can be used as a verb, both transitive, "John fucked Mary," and intransitive, "Mary was fucked by John", and as a noun, "Mary is a fine fuck." It can be used as an adjective, "Mary is fucking beautiful."

As you can see, there are not many words with the versatility of fuck.

Besides the sexual meaning, there are also the following uses:

Ignorance: Fucked if I know.
Trouble: I guess I am fucked now!
Fraud: I got fucked at the used car lot.
Aggression: Fuck you!
Displeasure: What the fuck is going on here?
Difficulty: I can't understand this fucking job.
Incompetence: He is a fuck-off.
Suspicion: What the fuck are you doing?
Enjoyment: I had a fucking good time.
Request: Get the fuck out of here.
Hostility: I'm going to knock your fucking head off.
Greeting: How the fuck are you?
Apathy: Who gives a fuck?
Innovation: Get a bigger fucking hammer.
Surprise: Fuck! You scared the shit out of me!
Anxiety: Today is really fucked.

And it is very healthy if every morning you do it as a transcendental meditation just when you get up, first thing, repeat the mantra "fuck you" five times; it clears your throat too!"

Mothers Can Stop Wars

Just imagine how much power and influence all the women marching today could have if the centered their protests into a cohesive direction, like stopping the bombings and wars of aggression; exposing systematic corruption and ending pedophilia, ad infinitum...

...After all, it's you mothers that are raising these soldiers to kill.

It is you who can teach your children that war is wrong.

Take back your sacred duty by raisings your children with a conscience.

You have the power to stop anything!

Truth, Love, Soul

You may not like how things are going.

You may not agree with those who seem to have power over your happiness.

But here is a great secret of life:

You have way more influence than you realize.

Gandhi called this influence Truth Force – Love Force – Soul Force –
It is the inherent power in you to conjure the truth and the very best in other people.

It is the power in you to change people’s hearts and minds by changing the way you see them – by changing the way you observe them.

Nobel physicist Max Planck said “When you change the way you look at things – the things you look at change.”

Scientists have discovered that when a teacher is merely told a student has a higher IQ, that student’s IQ rises to meet the teacher’s expectations.

Expecting the best from people, brings out the best in people.
But the reverse is also true. Seeing the worst in people, brings out the worst in people.

Your consciousness has the power to conjure the very best or the worst in everyone you observe – even at a distance…

Our friends. Our family. Our children. Our co-workers. Our police.
Even our Presidents. We have the power to change each and every one of their hearts and minds, simply by changing our own hearts and minds about them.

We all have darkness in us – but we also have the Light – and in every moment we have another chance – another choice – of whether darkness or the Light is given reign over our consciousness.

What you stand witness for in others, is strengthened in them by the power of your observation.

When you look for the worst in someone – when you make them wrong in your mind – when you refuse to see the best in them – you are committing a spiritual assault of the worst kind – for you are testifying against their ability to choose the Light, standing witness for the darkness in them, and strengthening its power over their heart and mind.

If you’ve ever faced a hostile crowd, a hostile cop, a hostile lover – you’ve felt the destructive force of another’s contempt for you.
Do not give in to this way of seeing!

Stand witness for the Light in others!

The unassailable divine spark forever shines in the hearts of every man, woman and child – just waiting to be called forward.

When you call on the divine spark in someone you lend it the strength to prevail in their consciousness.

The power of your divine witnessing calls forth the truth in other people’s minds.

It calls forth the love in their hearts.

It calls forth the grace and beauty of their souls.

Divine witnessing is the most powerful form of non-violence, because it heals the very source of violence – it turns your enemies into friends – even when you thought they were deplorable and wrong.

In a place where you see no light – you make your own.

You call upon the divine spark within you – and invite it to reveal itself in those who oppose you.

The divine spark in your heart ignites itself in others through the blazing light of your consciousness,

Witness for that.
Strengthen that.
INSIST upon that.

The truth in me calls out to the truth in you – for it is only that I will stand witness to.

It is only that I am determined to see it is only that I will testify for.

For to condemn you would be to condemn me – and we are the same.

And so I insist on regarding you as true....
....and good....
....and wise...
....and kind.

And so it will be, because that is what we all want to see.

R.I.P. Uncle Robert

When he shall die, take him and cut him out in little stars, and he will make the face of heaven so fine that all the world will be in love with night and pay no worship to the garish sun.

Just For Awhile

How much can a man take?
How much pain before a heart can break?
I placed my life into your hands, but now....
....I've got to change my plans.
Just for a while,
I'm going to hold back my tears,
open my ears to my heart;
and baby, just for a while,
I'm going to be someone strong,
keep walking on without you.
That's what I'll do.
How much can man cry?
What does it take before he sees the light?
My body was weak for your touch, but now...
...it hurts too much.
Baby, just for a while,
I'm going to hold back my tears,
open my ears to my heart;
and baby, just for a while,
I'm going to be someone strong,
keep walking on without you.
That's what I'll do.
I thought being second was how it should be.
It took me losing you to find me.
I'm better off all by myself...
...than living with you in a shell.
Just for a little while,
I'm going to hold back my tears,
open my ears to my heart;
and baby, just for a little while,
I'm going to be someone strong,
keep walking on without you.
That's what I'll do
